Special Gift Tag

Don’t you just love presents??

Of course I love getting them, but I also like to wrap my presents and add a personal touch.

Here’s a present I wrapped in the Check it Out paper from the Playtimes Past collection and I created a matching tag to go with it.

 
 
When you wrap your presents with patterned paper, make sure to fold the edges accurately with your bonefolder. That way your present looks very neat and professionally.

I’ve cut out some little friends from the Playtimes Past Die Cut sheet and I adhered them to my self made tag. The tag is painted with gold Paint Dabber. I stamped a text image with Versamark and added clear embossing powder. After heating the powder you’ll see the highlighted text. I painted over the gold with silver Paint Dabber and left it to dry a few minutes. With a wet cloth you can rub the golden letters clean. Distress the edges, add some Distress Ink et voilá...
