There was a time when Second Child was not a walker. There was a time when she either sat or stood there and willingly or otherwise allowed me to take pictures upon pictures of her from all kinds of angles.  There was a time that I could freely and deliberately admire her beauty, trying to remain impartial.  But I failed at that, being impartial that is. I am, her mother, after all...
