A Sketch for You

As you know, we used to spotlight a sketch every Wednesday.  We have decided to only do them occasionally.   Don't worry though.  I promise you will still  see them and the wonderful interpretations by our fabulous design team.

Today we have a two page sketch for you.  We also have two different takes on the sketch, showing you that you can take a two page sketch and make into a single page lo.

Sketch 11

Below is design team member, Nancy Burke's take on the above sketch.  You can see that she stayed true to the simple lines of the sketch.

Below is Antoinette van Hattum's take on the sketch.  You can see how she converted the sketch into a single page lo.  I think it is interesting how she used "letters" instead of pictures in her interpretation of the sketch.  How clever.  Antoinette used Renaissance Faire papers and Tattered Angels Glimmer Mist "Fall Breeze" on her lo.

Keep coming back next month for our blog relay with Tattered Angels.  I am sure you will not be disappointed!

Hope you have been inspired by today's sketch and the lovely work provided by Nancy and Antoinette.

Happy scrapping!
