Getting Punky with Steampunk Debutante with a little Christmas Spirit.
Hi Everyone,
I hope everyone is getting busy with their holiday projects, time sneaks up with us as you know. I have made "one card" and that will go to one person as it will be the ONLY card I make as I am not a cardmaker and give it a try once in awhile and always share when I do.
I had a great time using a "Spunky Sprout" album from Punky Sprouts to make an album for my pictures from CHA. I just love the mixed media albums with cardboard, canvas and acrylic giving alot of different options.
This collection is so much fun to work with. I hope you are having fun and share your creations with us in our gallery at http://graphic45.ning.com.
Happy PaperCrafting,
Candy

This is really too cool! I need to do more layering!

Candy, I LOVE the Steampunk album! The Christmas card... awesome but must you burst my bubble... I would like to keep thinking there is plenty of time to get those Christmas projects done... but you are right... will be here before you know it!

Great projects, esp. the mini album.
I was LOL about you only making one card. My friends tease me that I make 1000s of cards in a year, but mail about 5! I let them pile up and then donate them! I hate looking for stamps and envelopes and addresses! hee hee

Hey Gloria, you can donate them to me because I adore your cards. You make mine look like a kindergartner made it. Although, I am not knocking kindergartners!

I can't wait to get my hands on some steampunk....and you just made me want it more!

I love your album. I just saw the new Steampunk paper and cannot wait to get my hands on it. I have many stamp images I can use with this. My creative juices are working overtime. Now I just have to get the body to do the same.

Agreed. Some folks use push/pull, and some of this comes from the "permission markeitng" concept from Seth Godin from about a decade ago. I also agree with you that social media and the ability to have a conversation (like this one) change the game. So maybe we need a new term?
You have some good points, and the best one might be that I prefer to debate less and do more marketing! If you are ever in Boston, look me up and I'll give you a tour of the HubSpot offices and buy you a coffee.
