Leap Into Inspiration With Graphic 45!
Hello Glorious G45ers!
Happy Leap Day to you all! This wild and wacky day only happens once every 4 years so we thought we'd make the most of it by showing you some gorgeous crafts from our latest collection Olde Curiosity Shoppe! There may be some of you out there who as asking, "What is Leap Day and why is it so wacky?" It's an interesting story! The common perception is that the earth revolves around the sun every 365 days. Well it actually takes 365 days and 6 hours for the earth to revolve around the sun each year. What happens to those extra hours? Good question! Every 4 years we lump those extra 24 hours together to form Leap Day! As a result the month of February has 29 days instead of the usual 28! It's pretty cool! Today you will see some extraordinary creations from Yuka Hino, Melanie Forbes and Jack and Cat Curio using our eclectic and stylish collection Olde Curiosity Shoppe. So lets get to it!
This first amazing craft was made by Yuka Hino. It's a fabulous layout that is full of all the wonder and magnificence of Olde Curiosity Shoppe. You can see some stunning uses of the Graphic 45 Metal Button Staples, Metal Hinge Staples and Geometric Metal Door Plate and Knob Staples! There is so much movement and charm in this lovely LO. I really like the idea of the hinged door on the tag. I've got to try that one. Hadn't thought about decorating wooden objects (like the birdhouse) with papers. Looks great.

I'm going to look at wooden structures more carefully now when I go to garage sales. I'm going to have to pick up a house to re-do.
