About LuvLeeScrappin:
My name is Leanne Bishop. I'm a mommy to a beautiful little girl and a wife to a magnificent hubby! I enjoy being active (running, hiking, sports) and spending time with family and friends. One passion of mine, that has been ingrained in me since day one, is helping others, which is why I became a Registered Nurse =) I also, of course, have a CRAZY passion for crafting!!! I've always been an artsy fartsy type of gal. I first started getting into crafting when my hubby and I were engaged to be married. My creative edge really came out as I started creating our wedding invitations, flower bouquets, favour boxes, centrepieces etc. I then got into scrapbooking shortly after when we became pregnant with our daughter. I started making 12x12 layouts for her baby book and gradually branched off from there. I found a ton of inspiration on YouTube...and then got hooked!!! I eventually got the courage to start filming my own videos, first showcasing tips on how to save money in the craft room, then handmade flower tutorials and now I share many handmade projects and how-to tutorials. One of my many dreams came true when I received an email from the company “I Am Roses,” offering me a design team position! I was honoured to have such an amazing opportunity!!! I still currently design for “I Am Roses” and I recently got a design team position for an Etsy store called: “The Piece by Piece.” It's amazing how far I have come with this hobby of mine. As for what I enjoy creating...well lets just say everything!!! I love tackling scrapbook layouts, card making, mini albums, mixed media, altered 3D projects and even charm/jewellery making. It's funny to see how my style has changed over the past few years. I love all styles of crafting, but especially the vintage/grunge with a shabby chic twist. When I first discovered Graphic 45 products, I knew I had to have them!!! Their unique graphic designs and vintage feel, mixed with amazing quality won me over in a heartbeat! The inspiration I get when working with Graphic 45 truly comes from the papers themselves. Just staring at the papers for a few seconds...generates an immediate spark of ideas that flow through my head. I'm thrilled to have the opportunity to create with such amazing products...and I can't wait to see what the future holds!
First up is this wonderful Little Darlings circle shadowbox easel card and tutorial. You can see the gorgeous use of color and simple, pretty embellishments. Follow Leanne's wonderful tutorial to create one of your very own! It's just delightful!
