February 14 greets us again and on our blog today, we are overflowing with Valentine inspiration! Spread the love with amazing projects by Denise Hahn, Sharon Ngoo, and Clare Charvill. We are in for such a treat today, so we ask you to Be Our Valentine today as we enjoy these incredible projects together!

 

First, we have Denise Hahn's romantinc Valentine mini. "This Place in Time Valentine Mini was created with drink coasters from friends who collect them for me. I especially love oddly and uniquely shaped ones. They are great bases for mini albums as you can arrange them to peek out from behind each other. I challenged myself to use every cut apart on the page and since I used all of the patterns on back, I just dove into my G45 scrap to find some matching colors, it's amazing how well other collections coordinate with each other!" - Denise Hahn

Next, we have an amazing envelope mini by Sharon Ngoo! Love what she has to say about this one:

"I really like the prints and colours of the February papers from the Place in Time collection and so I thought it would be nice to use them for a Valentine's Day project!

But then I thought the other months in the collection would get jealous so I made panels for each of the months - because valentine's day should be all year round right?  And I left a space on each panel to insert the 'photo of the month'. (I had to combine some months though 'cos there weren't enough pages.)

And did you know that the new long Staples tags fit perfectly into the envelope book?  Just perfect for a monthly love note!

Next, we have a gorgeous VintageValentine Tag Album using the new Staples Regular Tag Album by Clare Charvill! Enjoy this explanation of this beautiful project by Clare:

"Using the Place in Time collection I took a couple of the  8 x 8 and 12 x 12 February cut apart papers, the 12 x 12 Sentiments sheet, a few foundation papers and four of the tags from the new regular tag album, and with the help of some black distress ink, my favourite crackle stamp, some black card a sprinkling of art glitter, ribbons and some gorgeous Connie Crystals we received in our last DT box created this truly vintage love letters tag album.

First, I inked the tags with black soot distress ink and then overstamped all edges with black adirondak ink and an IndigoBlu crackle stamp.

Using the foundation papers I cut out 8 mattes to cover each of the tags, and decorated the pages using cut a-parts from the Place in Time papers.
