"I altered this cheeseboard and incorporated a photograph, turning it into a lovely little piece of home décor. What’s great about this project is I used just two pieces of 12x12 Graphic 45 Secret Garden patterned paper and some embellishments to create it and you can finish the altered art in under 60 minutes. Great for a quick yet pretty gift. Sound good? Read on for the tutorial." -Susan
1. What you’ll need:
Some flowers and leaves
2. Cover your wooden cheeseboard with the Secret Garden patterned paper.
3. Cut out some flowers from the patterned papers and attach to the cheeseboard as shown. Silhouette cut a photograph and adhere to the bottom of the cheeseboard.
3. Glue a sprig of flowers on to the left of the cheeseboard. Cut out the fence from the patterned paper and adhere using 3D foam dots. Place the photograph so it looks like the subject is standing behind the fence.
4. Attach more flowers and the Secret Garden chipboard button to the bottom left of the cheeseboard. I tied some twine to the chipboard button. Cut out some birds and butterflies from the patterned papers and adhere to the cheeseboard. Done!
