Make everyday tasks like taking notes just that much brighter by creating this Nature Sketchbook notepad or make a few of these to give as gifts. Kathy also shares four pro-tips that can be used on different types of projects time and time again. Let's get started.
"We all love Graphic 45 Metal Staples, don’t we? Even the packaging is gorgeous! Those sturdy chipboard tags with the graceful shaped edges and vintage style grommets are too pretty to toss in the recycle bin! Why not upcycle them into a stylish and practical notepad instead?
That’s exactly what I did and I love the fact that not only is this Nature Sketchbook Beautiful Botanical notepad attractive, it is also sturdy. I can find my notepad on my desk because of the bright colors that Nature Sketchbook lends. As an added bonus, the design means that the notepad can be refilled with a new sticky note pad once the current one is used up.
With Mother’s Day coming up, this simple project would make a wonderful gift for Mom! Make several to keep on hand for last minute birthday gifts, get well gifts, hostess gifts or any other special occasion." ~Kathy Clement
- Don’t worry about torn edges on your packaging. Just paint the edges with black chalk paint to cover them, and you’re good to go!
- Run ribbon through the grommet and tie into a bow for a clever and attractive closure.
- Create a hinge for your ATC Policy Envelope before gluing it down. Now you can decorate the front and also tuck little notes or receipts inside the envelope.
- Shape and layer Nature Sketchbook die cut flowers to create a custom embellishment for your notepad.
Layer Nature Sketchbook Die-cut Flowers to add dimension to your projects.
Policy Envelopes are a great addition to mini albums, planners and notebooks for added storage. Our Staples Policy envelope come in two colors and four sizes.

"Hi All.. Today I’m going to show you my new iPad Case!!! I got my new iPad a few weeks ago and I was thinking mmm.. I need a unique case for my iPad and then I come up with the idea… if I love G45 why I can’t do an iPad Case by myself!! And I really love the result.. the DIY Craft paper is perfect because you don’t need to worry about the size of you project and it come with 2 sheets of paper! One to use and one to keep! Hahahaa …if you are a G45 lover as I am you should try to do this too!! Also you can do it for your tablet or your phone! Just change the dimensions it is so easy!
I did a video tutorial I hope you like it!

Two pockets leave a lot of space for photos, notes, and to-do lists.
We love the world where pigs fly and iPad cases can be as beautiful as your imagination.
One of my favorites techniques is the use of the Mod Podge to make more durable projects. I love the matte finish because it doesn't change the color or texture of your paper!
