ATC series - Vintage Hollywood
By Alexandra Morein
"I have been recently creating quite a lot of the Artist Trading Cards and I think I will never be tired or bored with them. This is a true obsession once you begin. On the limited space you can still arrange as many details as you want.
Graphic 45 papers have always been known for their outstanding variety of characters and the richness of characters, so cutting them out for the ATCs is just perfect.
Today I would like to share 4 of my ATCs, which were created with the “Vintage Hollywood” collection. At one of the pictures below you can see an example of the little size of the cut out flowers which I used, as well as how many pieces (more or less) each one of the cards includes.
Take your favorite Graphic 45 papers out and start to create!!" ~Alexandra Morein

"I designed my new Curio Cabinet kit around a cabinet my Grandma kept her antique china in. Standing just over 13" tall and 4 deep it has full length doors, shaped pediment, shelves and a boxed back that opens. It could be decorated in any style, maybe as a jewelery box but I've used my go to favourite colours red, black and cream from the Olde Curiosity shoppe Collection to alter my sample and then fussy cut out a bunch of the fabulous curios from various 12 x 12 papers to add into the cabinet front. The boxed raised and recessed areas were made from card and added as extras to give some dimension to the space above and below the shelves." ~Clare Charvill
The Weekend Crafters Retreat with Clare in Kenilworth, Warwickshire, UK"We had a fabulous time crafting with four Graphic 45 collections over two days. Here are the lovely ladies who joined me, tired but still smiling at the end of our event." ~Clare
That is a wrap on another day of Graphic 45 design team inspiration. We hope you enjoyed Alexandra's glitzy collection of Vintage Hollywood trading cards and Clare's literal cabinet of curiosities. We are so grateful to them for their hard work and you for your enthusiasm! From classic to contemporary, we love the art of crafting. Please remember to comment below to be entered to win and to share your experiences from National Scrapbook Day.
Happy Papercrafting!
