Layout Fun Time: Le Cirque & Curtain Call LOs and a New G45 Blog Contest
Hello There Crafters!
Happy Monday and welcome to another fabulous week at the Graphic 45 blog. CHA has been an amazing and exciting adventure as usual and we're dying to show you more gorgeous crafts by our design team this week. Our office was overflowing with dozens of stunning projects in preparation for CHA, it was like a craft symphony! We're featuring more marvelous crafts today along with this week's blog contest. Yes, my friends, another chance to win goodies. In this topsy turvy world, it's nice to know that every week is another opportunity to win on the Graphic 45 blog! So lets start the party! This week we want you to share with us your favorite kind of craft. Are you in love with layouts? A fan of altered objects? Are mini albums your muse? There are so many ways to create and craft and we want to know what kind of craft gets you most excited. Leave your comment on today's blog and you could win this great Graphic 45 prize pack! A Once Upon a Springtime 12x12 paper pad, a Fiskars Large Lever Punch, Graphic 45 Flower Staples, Trim Staples and Kraft Album Envelopes! Just imagine the gems you could create with these! The winner will be chosen randomly and announced on Friday. Share the love with your fellow crafters!
Today I thought it would be fun to look at some fabulous layouts featuring our new collections Le Cirque and Curtain Call. These new collections are so much fun to work with and can be used in so many different ways to create something astonishing. Have a look at this sweet-as-can-be Le Cirque LO by Christie Bryant that also features the Graphic 45 Trim Staples. If this isn't fun, I don't know what is!
Here we have another stunning example of layout genius. This LO was created by Tracey Locher using Curtain Call. I love how spacious this LO is, with lavish textures and layers. So pretty! Tracey also used the Graphic 45 Envelope Tag Staples, Trim Staples and Flower Staples to give this LO its romantic charm. Have a look!
Join us tomorrow for more fabulous craft inspiration. We want to thank Chrtistie Bryant and Tracey Locher for their gorgeous crafts. Don't forget to leave a comment for this week's contest. We look forward to hearing from you!
Wishing you a beautiful week!
Team Graphic 45

Love Curtain Call and all the old time feel of the movies/theater. I love to scrapbook, but I really feel a sense of accomplishment when I do a mini album on a certain theme, like our vacations.

My favorite kind of crafts would have to be altered art and ATC cards. I have just started my journey into these 2 crafts and am just amazed by the talented artists I am finding on your blog as well as YouTube. I was first introduced to your products through artists on YouTube and have been smitten ever since.
I can't wait to get my hands on the Le Cirque collection and see those rich colors in person. Thanks for bringing us such beautiful products.

I am a traditional scrapbooker kind of gal. I like to entrench memorabilia of the event into the pages I create. I also love to do vintage paper crafts around christmas.

Right now, I love mini albums and 12x12 page layouts. Yes, both. I am working on albums for my husbands 85th birthday.....using Proper Gentleman and other G_45 lines. When a guy is turning 85, it takes more than a mini and more than a standard 12x12!! I am loving the challenge. He is helping with the journaling...like pulling teeth though. Love Graphic45!!!

I love making layouts and putting together scrapbooks for my children but mini albums have a special place in my heart as well. I try to do one every other month. I only recently began altering projects and fell in love with it! Ooops! Can't choose, love crafts of all kind!

Fabulous lo's! Love all the little details. I especially like the pleated paper in the first one and the flowers in the second.
My craft of choice is scrapbooking and mini albums but I'm also dabbling in card making at the moment and hope to try some altered art projects in the near future. :-)

I like to dabble in a lot of paper crafts, but when it comes down to it - I'm really all about the layouts / memory keeping.

Incredible! I've been watching live and recorded pieces of CHA on the net. I love what you did with the booth. As always the best booth around. I can't wait to get ahold of all the new lines.

I go back and forth between layouts and cards -- I'll make a burst of cards and then be totally ready to scrapbook.
Posted by: Laura | January 31, 2011 at 10:42 AM
I love altered items but I make more layouts because they are more practical and less time consuming

Just gorgeous! Love altered items, mini books & layouts! such beautiful products!
Posted by: LorraineN | January 31, 2011 at 10:48 AM
Wow, wish I was at CHA myself as I am reading on store's blogs how wonderful
your booth is! I originally started out as a scrapbooker, but am finding I spend
most of my time making cards. (even
though a card sometimes takes as long
as a layout!)

Layouts in 12x12 or lettersize are always a great inspiration for me, and art journaling projects! That's the new thing I want to try, so right now I'm finding inspiration everywhere to get started :)
All kinds of mixed media projects are also very inspiring.
