Happy Snapshots: Layout Creations by Tracey Locher and Jade Moore
Hello There Crafters!
Thank you for stopping by on this terrific Monday. We are so glad you are joining us. We have some amazing projects to show you today by Tracey Locher and Jade Moore of our design team. We also have another weekly blog contest to announce! So lets have some fun, shall we? This week's blog contest is just terrific. With the arrival of Spring, there seems to be a big rush of creativity and excitement in the air. This week we're asking you to create either a thank you card or a friendship card with mostly Graphic 45 product and post it on our Facebook Fan Page. Spring is a beautiful time when nature is warm and forgiving, especially after a rough winter. What better time to create a wonderful card for someone you care about? Express your gratitude for the people who make your life bloom! You could win this wonderful Once Upon a Springtime 12x12 Paper Pad, Fiskars Large Lever Punch, G45 Flower Staples, Trim Staples, and Kraft Envelope Album Staples! It's a prize pack of wonder! Post your cards on our Facebook Fan Page all week long. A winner will be chosen at random and announced Friday, April 1st. You can enter as many friendship or thank you cards as you want as long as they are different and made of Graphic 45 product. We can't wait to see what you create this week!
Today's first craft was created by Tracey Locher of our Design Team. She used the amazingly fun Core'dinations Sandable Card stock in conjunction with our Steampunk Debutant paper collection and Staples. I love how simple this LO is and yet it completely catches the eye. The use of open space in LOs is an underestimated and high effective method in creating a beautiful LO. While I also love a busy LO with lots of tiny details and layers, I also adore the minimalist beauty of an LO like Tracey's. It's elegant, balanced, and sincere. A true craft treasure.

Both very interesting layouts. The black really sets off the photo and embellishments and it's interesting to have them all in one corner. I like the innovative circle on the other layout, and the way most of the embellishments are used to enhance the circle.

Love them both, but it is funny to see pictures of your mom when she is young and doing things you never think about her having done! Great jobs, ladies
