Now that we've got you in the mood for papercrafting we thought we'd share these wonderful projects from our design team! We're switching gears from Christmas to Halloween as we bring you this fantastic dimensional Bon Voyage card by Susan Lui and a candy caddy and tutorial by Clare Charvill! Even though Halloween is a ways away there's still time to start dreaming about your holiday crafts! First up is Susan's magnificent card featuring our Magic of Oz collection! Here is what she had to say about this wonderful work of art!

This is a Bon Voyage card I created which I wanted a little different from regular cards. I figured The Magic Of Oz papers (and the protagonists' journey on the Yellow Brick Road) would be perfect for the card and with the many images in the collection, I would create a 3-dimensional scene from Oz. Here's the card, closed.

Patterned Papers - Graphic 45 The Magic of Oz (Poppy Fields, Parcel Post, There's No Place Like Home, Tenderhearted Tin Man, Goblin Gazette, Journey to Oz) and Olde Curiosity Shoppe (Butterfly Specifics) Border Punch - Martha Stewar

Wasn't that wonderful?! Next up we have another fabulous Halloween-inspired creation. This one was created by Clare Charvill and it is super cute! It's a candy caddy that is all decked out in Happy Haunting. This is a wonderful example of altered art that is a lot of fun to create! Clare even included a fun tutorial to show you how it was done! Take it away, Clare!

A fun project to make for the children ready for Halloween.  This is a bright and cheery candy caddy to go Trick or Treating with. I kept it quite simple so that nothing would get caught or drop off.

I took a wooden caddy, the middle of three that I found at a show and painted it with black acrylic paint.  Then I made a pattern from card for the two ends and cut side and end pieces of paper from a 12 x 12 sheet of Enchanted Garden.

Then I cut the large border from Happy Hauntings and adhered that all around the bottom edge of the caddy

For the inside I cut down my pattern and cut two end pieces and two side pieces out of Pumpkin Time and adhered them to the inside of the caddy using tacky glue. I finished off the base of the caddy with a card and border cut from Halloween Greetings and Jeepers Creepers.

To decorate the outside of the caddy I cut out an assortment of black and green clocks from Midnight Magic and Pumpkin Time, two little witches and adhered them onto the caddy along with two chipboard tags threaded with staples ribbon, and two chipboard pumpkin flowers

Then  I took the pumpkin letters from the sticker sheet that spell out trick or treat, mounted them on black foam tape and adhered them to either side of the caddy.

To finish off the caddy I cut a Halloween border strip from Midnight Magic, and spiralled it around the handle.

Each of those projects is super fantastic!!

These are so darn cute! Thanks for sharing!

Oh my!!! When I saw the ballet slippers my heart skipped, but then when I saw the snowflake waltz it LEAPED!! And THEN the row of soldiers!!!! I'm in love!!! These are gorgeous wonderful papers!!! I love what you do!!! And now to the designers projects..... Well, what can I say?!?!? They are AMAZING!!!!!! Love the Halloween tote!!! Still love OZ!! You guys are just something else!!! Thanks!!!!!!!!!!!

First thanks for showing more of the Nutcracker Sweet paper. I love that there is so many different colors. Second i love Halloween and I love to do alter projects. Love it. See something like it in my future. Thanks for sharing.

Another amazing line. I can't wait to see what the DT comes up with these papers!

Both projects are lovely. The fold-out card is amazing! I can't imagine the effort that goes into a creation like that! I am already a fan of Clare's YouTube Channel so, clearly, I love her work. I just ordered some older Graphic 45 papers on line (hard to find in stores) to try to do my rendition of some of Clare's projects. Perhaps this time, I won't wait so long so I can grab these Nutcracker goodies before everyone buys them all up...

WOW! Love the 3-D card, really pretty. Congrats to the winners. Jan

This is gorgeous paper!

I need not want these Nutcracker papers. They are so awesome! I am also working on a Wizard of Oz box for my sister and this gave me great ideas. Thanks!

Love the paper. WOW! What a beautiful collection.

The papers are amazing as always--I am never disappointed with G45 papers!

I love that pop-up card. I'm going to put working on altered items on my crafting bucket list

The Nutcracker papers are just phenomenal! Love the prints and cutouts, they just make my mind spin with ideas! The bon voyage card is great! Always loved Oz, that would be a card I wouldn't mind trying my hand at. Great job DT!

I am so in love with G45 paper! It's hard to pick a favorite!

Both new lines are so beautiful beyond words, just can hardly wait to get my hands on them and to be able to win them is just icing on the cake!

You never cease to amaze and inspire me in the morning. G45--better than coffee!!

What an adorable card. I so want to make this for my granddaughter. So beautiful.

Wooooow, so beautiful!!! I couldn't resist and try to make Susan's pop-up card (Susan, I hope you don't mind it, I keep it at home in our living room to see it every day).
