Next up is this fantastic Le Cirque altered canvas trio by Sharon Ngoo! This vibrant piece is so much fun and incredibly beautiful. The saturated colors and humorous sentiment make this piece a true craft treasure. Sharon has even created a great tutorial to show you how it was made! Here Sharon explains her inspiration behind this magnificent piece!

"Sometimes it feels like a circus at the Ngoo house...so that inspired me to use the awesome Graphic45 Le Cirque collection to create a trio of altered canvases to capture the various 'circus performers' at our house.Hubby is of course the Ring Master (Ring leader?), my sweet li'l girl is the lion tamer (guess who's the lion?) and my bouncy boy is of course our resident acrobat." -Sharon Ngoo

Other Supplies
Acrylic paints - Liquitex
Stamps - Purple Onion, Unity Stamp Co.
Embossing Powders - American Craft Zing

"I had a super fun time mucking about with paints on this so I made a tutorial so you can have fun doing this too! Be sure to cover your work surface with LOTS of newspaper 'cos it gets really messy (especially when you're spraying the water to remove the black paint). You can choose to make just one canvas or a whole series of them and hang them on the wall or join them with hinges like I did. Bet there's an acrobat at your house too right? (or maybe a juggler..... or a bearded lady?...heh heh)" -Sharon Ngoo

What a simple and great idea. Especially good for some of the more masculine projects I do.

Just found out about the background of how the company started by reading about you over at PCL. I am a 45 year old woman considering a major life/career change and I found your story very inspiring! LOVE the vintage feel to your products and the way you decorate and dress up CHA. I would give anything to attend one day. . .
