About Anne Rostad:
"I have two wonderful grow up boys that live near by me and they bring so much joy and happiness into my life. Crafting has always been a big part of my life. In child school I asked to be with the boys in handywork class because they could make all sorts of things out of wood, clay and other existing materials. I think it was then that I got inspired to try different crafting methods and experiment with different materials. I started with paper crafting for about 3-4 years ago and I am totally engrossed and dependent on this hobby. It all started when i saw some cards made of papers on YouTube. I fell in love with this new (for me) hobby. About 2 yeas ago I saw some mini albums and tutorials on how to make them on YouTube. It was so inspiring and since then I have lived in my craft room most of the time, lol! The first time I saw the papers from Graphic 45 I fell completely in love. There are so many possibilities with these gorgeous and versatile papers and ideas came running. I am like a child in a candy store when I get new G45 collections. I love to fussy cut the images and that is the first thing I do when I get some new papers. Then the ideas follow on how to use them when i look at the images. I totally forget time and place and living in a bobble creating :-) It is great to make home made gifts for family and friends and the know that there is thought behind every thing :-) I have MCS (multiple chemical sensitivity). That means that i am allergic to good scents and can't be with other people so much, so I am am so happy to have this great hobby and it fills my life with so much joy and happiness. I am happy to share some ideas I hope that others can be inspired like I am when I see other peoples creations." -Anne Rostad
This first incredible project by Anne is a Happy Haunting spooky house and mini album. This project is out of this world! There is even a wonderful video that Anne created that corresponds to this magnificent creation! Here is what Anne had to say about it!
"Hello everyone :-) Want to share my latest project with you. It is a spooky Halloween house with a mini album inside. I made it so it would be inspiring and fun for children to put in pictures. I used the Happy Haunting Collection 12x12 and 8x8, stickers, chipboard die cuts and metal hinges, all from Graphic 45. I also used sizzix, Tim Holtz and quick cuts dies, Martha Stewart punches and multi matte form Claudine Helmuth. I did a lot of mixed media and used glossy accent, crackle assent and embossing powder on most of the images." -Anne
