Clare has created an exquisite tag using A Ladies' Diary, while Jane has made a magnificent card with Nutcracker Sweet! Both of these creations are simply delightful! We also are going to share some highlights from the Graphic 45 Ning gallery! That's right, you'll get to see some fabulous crafts that have been posted by G45ers just like you! Plus we've got a winner to announce for this week's blog prize! Could this day get any better?! Lets begin with this week's randomly chosen blog prize winner! This week's winner was chosen from comments left on our blog. And the winner is...
-Kathy Waxler: "Wow! Can't wait to see Place in Time in person. I'm going to need about 6 of those 8 x 8 pads. Ha!"
Congratulations, Kathy! Please email us with your shipping information at info@g45papers.com to claim your prize! This is the great Tropical Travelogue prize that Kathy won! Many thanks to everyone who left us comments this week. There will be a brand new blog contest on Monday so stay tuned for your chance to win some wonderful Graphic 45 goodies!
Today's first craft was created by the birthday girl, Clare Charvill. It's an amazing tag featuring A Ladies' Diary and Graphic 45 Metal Clothespins! Clare's work is always filled with elegance and style. We always look forward to seeing her next incredible work of art. It is such a joy to have her on our design team! We want to wish Clare the very happiest of birthdays! May this year be blessed with lots of beautiful papers and an endless supply of inspiration! Happy Birthday, Clare! Here is what she had to say about this splendid creation.
Supplies:
"I decided to try my hand at card making. I was asked to teach some Graphic 45 Christmas Cards at my store. I have been wanting to use the new Nutcracker Sweet collection for a while now, so this was the perfect excuse. I had 20 ladies join me for my first class and I am still teaching them. I decided to make three cards for my class, a simple one (tag), a second one with a tag, the tag as a pocket for money for a gift voucher and the last card is my fancy one. The tag is quite easy to make and would be perfect for some simple cards. The Gift Voucher card is also quite easy and is perfect for those who still want to hand make a gift to place money or a voucher in. The easel card is a little bit harder with some fussy cutting required. It is not hard to make just a bit fiddly. The ladies in my class quite enjoyed making them and I have been teaching them ever since." -Jane Tregenza

Happy happy Birthday Jane and Clare, may your day be bright and filled with promises that last a lifetime. Many blessings to you both. You're a true inspiration to all of us!
Graphic 45 has been one of my favorites since I walked into one of my first scrapbooking stores several years ago when I arrived in Port Townsend WA. Craft Cottage had an entire display of your papers and products... I thought I had gone to heaven... I ended up buying four different packs of paper... Sometimes i just lay out different sheets to find my inspiration, your unique papers bring my childhood memories and fantasies to life... I just wanted to thank you for all your creativity and an endless supply of imagination, love , and devotion in keeping all us artists and crafters filled with a spectacular supply of magnificent quality art supplies and necessities... I love love love all of you!!!! Love, hugs and many blessings to everyone at Graphic 45
