Hello G45ers,

It's another glorious day here on the Graphic 45 blog! We want to welcome you all to the final day of the Graphic 45 and Scrapbook Adhesives blog hop! Today we're going to share some more exciting creations from our design team! There are even some fun tutorials that you're sure to love! But first we're celebrating a special Graphic 45 birthday! This Sunday is the birthday of Ron Robertson of the Graphic 45 Customer Service team! Ron is a valued member of our team here at the Graphic 45 office. He processes orders, answers phones and emails and is also our tech wizard whenever our computers start acting up. We wanted to wish him a happy birthday with this fun birthday interview! Get to know the man who helps get all that great Graphic 45 product to your local scrapbook stores! Here is our interview with the one and only Ron Robertson!

It's your birthday!! What do you plan to do for your Big Day this year?

Well my little sister turns 21 two weeks before I do, so for the week of my birthday we are going to Las Vegas with our Dad.  It will be fun showing her how much more fun you can have down there once your old enough!

Sister

So, your birthday is near Christmas. Is this a positive or negative in your book? Do people give you combo Christmas/birthday gifts?

Generally I will celebrate with friends the week before and have a small family dinner the night of.  My birthday party is always a huge celebration as I have been blessed to have a very large group of friends.  This year my friends are bringing in some of my favorite local bands to play!  And yes, I do get combo gifts all the time haha.

Word on the street is, you love camping! What is the best trip you've been on in the past year? Where did you go and what were the highlights?

I very much like the outdoors.  Camping and Music Festivals alike.  I spent almost every weekend of the summer somewhere new.  This summer my favorite had to have been when we went up to a secret spot towards Mt. Hood.  I do not remember the exact location but there was over 250 of us in the middle of nowhere.  One of the best weekends I ever had.  It was basically a 3 day long water gun battle.  We all built our own fortresses across the fields.  Hope to do it again next summer!

Do you have any big trips planned for 2013?

I do!  Another of my favorite events of last summer was "Paradiso Festival" which I went to with my sister and a bunch of friends.  For her birthday this year I bough us a pair of tickets to go again!  Last year had over 15,000 people in attendance for 2 days.  Met a lot of new friends!

We've also heard you are an avid fan of music. Who are your favorite artists currently?

Very much.  I have been playing various instruments for over 12 years as well as producing music on my computer.  My favorite artists will always be the ones I grew up on Tool, Red Hot Chili Peppers, Nirvana and others.  They are in my playlist almost every day.

We wish you a very happy birthday, Ron!

Amazing work...I'm going to close my eyes real tight an click my heels together an make a big wish....bet you know what I wished for..it will fit in my stocking, g45.

I really like the calendar journal of Spring. It is so pretty and delicate looking. It makes me want to do one like this for the entire year. All the projects gave out wonderful inspiration. Merry Christmas.

I look forward to coming here every day and I'm never disappointed. Thanks for featuring these beautiful and inspiring projects.

Love the calendar journal. You could make it up before the new year and have it ready to stick pictures, notes, etc, in each month and another month is complete. I'm putting all of my presents in gift bags and decorating the bags and making tags. So much more fun than wrapping (which I really dislike doing).

So many fun ideas - esp. love the idea of putting the string of flat pearls behind the nutracker circle. Great artistry!!!

All the projects are so cute. Love the binder cover. The bags are great! The little calendar album is so versatile. Great job!

love the calendar journal. the Place in Time papers are so pretty. and the gift bags...now that is fantastic..can use any of the G45 papers for all occassions, very clever; great job to all three artists

Stunning projects from Denise, Kristin, and Alberto! Thanks, gang!
