Happy Thursday, G45ers!
Thanks for joining us on the blog for a perfect day of inspiration on the G45 blog! Are you looking for Valentine gift ideas? Does someone in your life have a birthday coming up? We have the perfect DIY gifts for you in the knick of time! Let's ease your mind with a beautiful altered gift box by Clare Charvill using French Country and other fun collections and Sharon Ngoo shares a Place in Time pocket diary perfect for the organized friend in your life!
Let's begin with Clare Charvill's beautiful gift box. "I love the blue toile, and striped papers in the new French Country collection and by teaming them up with other blue and black papers from A Place in Time and ABC Primer collections I made this french vintage gift box. I was inspired by vintage packaging of french make up and perfumes with a little added inspiration from the opulence of the Palace of Versailles that I visited last year." - Clare Charvill
Love how Clare decorated the inside of the box to create a keepsake through the years!
Alter bottles of your favorite soaps or oils and surprise your recipient with extra goodies!
Enjoy Clare's YouTube video that takes you on a tour of this glorious project:

I can see the box being used over and over for gifting all kinds of things. The notebook will come in handy and you can get some ooohhhs and aaaahhhhs when you pull it out to write something in it.
