Today's blog is sure to give you some incredible inspiration for creating you own pretty, multi-layered LO using this terrific sketch! Layouts a the perfect way to make your precious memories last a lifetime. Get ready to have some fun as we take you on a wonderful creative journey!
Here is the sketch that Maiko created for her layouts. From this basic form you can build you layout from the ground up! Take a look at Maiko's fabulous Secret Garden and French Country LOs and then join her for a fabulous video and tutorial that shows you exactly how to create your own splendid layout with Graphic 45!
Behold the bright and cheerful Secret Garden LO that Maiko created using this sketch. Isn't it amazing what you can create using a simple sketch?! We love Maiko's use of the new cardstock Banners from Secret Garden and French Country in both of these amazing LO's! They add so much beautiful detail and color!
Here is Maiko's adorable and beautiful French Country layout using the same simple sketch. Can you see some similarities between the two layouts? Even though they were made from the same sketch, they are both very different in many ways too. The wonderfully saturated colors of French Country give a whole new look to this incredible LO! Follow Maiko's fabulous videos and tutorial to create your very own lovely layout!
Cut the paper of "Deja Vu" , "Bon Appetit", "Rendezvous" and "Abundance" below down and distress the edge of all of the papers with scissors or distress tools.
Adhere the border paper (11.5X1.5 and 11.5X1.25) to the edge of the paper "Deja Vu"(4.5X11.5)
Adhere the paper "Abundance" on the paper
"Provance." When you want to use some stamps or some masks on the
base, place them on the top right and down left.
Adhere chipboards and another embellishments on the background shown in the project picture that have finished.
We hope you all enjoyed today's fun Graphic 45 blog! We hope you'll use Maiko's fabulous sketch and tutorial to create your own marvelous layout using Secret Garden and French Country! That sketch is so much more inspiring than a blank piece of 12 x 12 paper. Great ideas to use for card making as well. Thanks Maiko for all of your hard work and creativity.
got to use the sketch thank you and thanks Maiko for the great video. It is so helpful to see how someone actually puts a layout all together. Now I am going to get my pack out and use it instead of just admiring it.
Both layouts are fabulous! I haven't tried scrapbooking yet as it looks very time consuming, but I do admire the work of yout Design Team and must have a go myself sometime.
Love, love, love these Layouts. They are both so gorgeous. I will definitely be using this sketch for inspiration in the future. Every time I see a French Country creation I fall a little more in love with the collection, is that even possible!! I love it so much already!
