Here is what Clare had to say about this project: "As I worked with these papers putting this album together the colours reminded me of a holiday we had in the real french countryside a couple of years ago when we stayed in a converted cottage, part of a three cottage hamlet with nothing around us but green fields, blue sky, a little brook and a farm which of course had a cockerel just like the one in the collection, who thought it was great to wake every one up at the crack of dawn!! "

She even provided us a video tour!

"In memory of that cockerel I featured the one from the collection on the cover of my album along with some of the other elements from the papers, a key hole and a few charms.

I love how this page set folds out.  The sun flowers really stand out of the page against the greens, creams and blacks.
