About Miranda:
Hello G45 fans, my name is Miranda! I’m from the sunny state of Florida where I live with my amazingly supportive honey, and our doggy and cat! When I am not out enjoying the beach, I am crafting!!!! It is my #1 passion, and few things make me happier! I have a love for all things altered and also to create projects from scratch! I love all different styles and forms of crafting, and I always push myself to try something new and step out of my comfort zone! The biggest reward for me is to be able to teach others and share my ideas with them. The connections and friendships I have made during the last few years are precious to me! I am beyond excited for this next chapter to begin, G45 is a dream come true!

First up in today's introduction to Miranda is this amazing altered cupcake stand with handmade paper cupcakes featuring A Ladies' Diary! This is such a sweet and clever idea that definitely captures her breathtaking style! Here Miranda explains her inspiration behind this magnificent work of art!
"Do
you ever get inspiration for a project in the most random places? The
idea for this came to me when I was craving sweets ( happens every night
lol). I was dreaming of cupcakes and this idea hit me! I know I had
seen a few of these done in the past, but couldn’t find pictures of them
anywhere! So i just started playing with supplies on hand and created
my own! I have a full tutorial on how to make these on my Youtube
channel. Skip
to about the 28 minute mark for the tutorial to begin! On the Venetian
Mask , I did an image transfer with some of the Le Romantique paper. I
have to say , this is probably my favorite piece to date! It was a blast
to create!" -Miranda

Next we have another captivating piece of handmade home decor by Miranda! Check out this incredible altered clock featuring our Fashionista collection! This is another wonderful example of Miranda's amazing attention to detail! You can see how she combined pretty fussy cut elements with floral and metal embellishments to give this clock superb dimension. This clock is a true vintage-inspired dream! Here is what Miranda had to say about it!
"I
created this piece after staring at the G45 blog with my honey, he saw
the clock image at the top of the header and said “you have to create a
clock.” He is such a big helper! This one measures approx 20x25 inches. I
cut into the original clock piece to add some little circle shadow
boxes (they were mirrors). I also cut the gear you see on the inside out
of plywood on my honey’s mill. It was a very fun process! The gear
moves back and forth on the inside of the clock :) Then I just went to
town with my G45 papers and embellishments! I loved fussy cutting the
floral elements from the Fashionista line!" -Miranda

Get ready to be wowed by this next beautiful creation by Miranda! Here we have a Secret Garden altered vase that is out of this world! Miranda takes altered art to a whole new level with this captivating creation with amazing paper rosettes! She definitely captured the fresh and whimsical spirit of Secret Garden in this one-of-a-kind work of art! Here Miranda explains how she was inspired to create this heartwarming craft!
"When Graphic 45 announced their DT call, I had just been playing with this amazing Secret Garden Range! I just knew I had to interpret the papers somehow! So , I created my own little Secret Garden! I had this vase lying around in my house for a long time. I tend to hoard things for quite sometime, knowing one day I will eventually alter it! I created all of the rosettes by hand, using the yummy papers and my score board. Lots of fussy cutting, and some natural spanish moss just pulled it together! The “leaning pots” was a spin off of a gardening picture i saw on Pinterest!" -Miranda
