We are so excited to welcome today's Featured Artist, the amazing Brittany Pochick. At the age of 13, Brittany is an avid crafter and artist. We discovered her work when she applied to be on the Graphic 45 2013 Design Team. One look at her creafts and we knew that she would be an inspiration to a new generation of papercrafters. She loves to bring each Graphic 45 collection to life with beautiful fussy cutting and lots of pretty embellishments. She loves to mix and match Graphic 45 papers and Staples to capture just the right look for her sweet creations. Her fun YouTube page is filled with lots of great videos of Britanny's crafts and lots of amazing tips for how she creates her projects! We were so inspired by Brittany's love for creating. Her work demonstrates that papercrafting is an activity that can be enjoyed at any age. We are honored to be sharing Brittany's beautiful crafts today. About Brittany:
To start off I have always had a passion for Graphic 45 and a dream to be part of it or at least a chance to design or do something for someone or a company. My name is Brittany Pochick and I am a 13 year old girl from East Windsor, N.J. I have been scrapbooking since I was seven and all throughout when I was a smaller child and baby. I sell at a shop called To be Continued...In Metuchen, N.J, as wells as a boutique of my own that is local and at craft fairs. Also I have client meetings in my home and welcome them into my studio and sell straight from there. My business is called Brittany's Creation's. My Facebook is Brittany Pochick and my YouTube channel is Scrapbookingdiva11. I had found my self through many hard times growing up through things most people or children should not but I found myself in art to help me and keep me out of trouble and to express myself without others bothering me or judging me. I craft almost everyday for hours in my studio which my family has helped me build and make and for my grandmother to give up her basement for me to scrapbook and alter art. I love painting, drawing, mix-media, altered art, everything. I also am involved in drama/acting, modeling, music (write songs/sing/plays 8 instruments), skateboarding and sports, writing, poetry, karate, fishing, stamp collecting, dance, photography, etc. I do everything. I am also all up to date with all new things in the crafty world and own a lot of these items and products. I am very active in the scrapping world as well as swaps with people all around the world. I love everything and to try new things and I am here to show you that you can be an artist at any age, any level and to always fight for yourself as well as to incorporate everything that happens to you in your life whether its good or bad put it into your art. That is a true artist. That is what makes it art...Thank you!
And not it's time to explore Brittany's amazing creations! First up in today's feature is this wonderful altered curio cabinet featuring Olde Curiosity Shoppe. You can see lots of fun fussy cutting and a wide variety of pretty embellishments. This cabinet is filled with wonder and fun! Brittany definitely captured the whimsical spirit of Olde Cusiosity Shoppe in this clever creation!

Here we have some wonderful altered door hangers that Brittany created with Secret Garden, Bird Song and Nutcracker Sweet. These are such colorful and fun pieces of home decor that would also make great gifts! You can see how much Brittany loves to dress up her crafts in lots of beautiful flower embellishments, pearls, jewels and other vibrant elements! They are so lovely!
Here is another splendid piece of home decor that Brittany created! This is her pretty altered French Country door hanger. She mixed and matched the pretty papers in French Country to give each segment a life of its own. More marvelous floral embellishments, French Country Chipboard Die-Cuts and pretty ribbon also add to the allure of this joyful creation!
Here we have a marvelous altered Bird Song heart gift box! The rich colors of Bird Song spring to life on the cover of this lovely box. It opens to reveal a beautiful gift set! This is such a wonderful idea for a heartfelt gift for a friend or family member. It is obvious that this lavish box was made with delicate care and precision. Bird Song comes to life in this beautiful box by Brittany!
Here we have another very special craft that Brittany made. This is a pretty altered record featuring Secret Garden! This lovely creation displays more of Brittany's fun use of embellishments as well as some wonderful paper distressing techniques. This is a very clever way to create a one-of-a-kind piece with Secret Garden or any Graphic 45 paper collection! Just let your imagination run wild! The bright and happy look of Secret Garden shines in this radiant work of art!
Here is another fun and pretty Secret Garden creation by Brittany. This is an altered plank she created that displays a tranquil springtime scene. Lovely fussy cut elements mingle with flower embellishments, an altered Graphic 45 Metal Key Hole, charming chipboard and lovely lace and pearls. This sweet creation really displays the depth of Brittany's amazing imagination! It's like a breath of fresh spring air!

Last but not least is this spooktacular Happy Haunting stand-up desktop mini album that Brittany made with the Graphic 45 8x8 Easel Album! Each page of this marvelous mini is filled with festive and fun Halloween cheer! This is the perfect mini for housing precious Halloween photos! Brittany layered the lovely Happy Haunting papers, Chipboard Die-Cuts and other fun embellishments to give each page its own unique look. This creation is absolutely delightful and it definitely get us excited for Halloween time!

To look at just the amazing artwork itself you would never know a teenager designed such wonders!!
To also have her own business at such a young age is a testament to her creativity dedication, and desire to succeed in life.
