We begin with this gorgeous altered 8x8 Matchbook Box by Romy Veul. She used our new Typography collection to create this sweetly sentimental shadowbox with pretty Petaloo flowers and Xyron adhesives. A colorful creation like this is also a fantastic idea for a personalized gift! You can have so much fun layering your Typography papers and gorgeous embellishments to create a unique work of art. Here is what Romy had to say about this fabulous piece!
"My dad works really hard all year long. He is at the office 5 days a week, 10 hours a day. So I thought it would be nice to make him something to decorate his office desk. I found a photo of my dad and me, which matched the gorgeous ‘Typography’ collection just perfectly. I decorated the medium sized shadow box with the papers and embellishments from this amazing collection. The lovely flowers are from Petaloo and I used the Xyron Mega Runner and Xyron tacky tape to make sure everything is stuck down well. The beautiful chipboard gears are from Gina’s Designs." -Romy
Supplies:
Typography papers: Typography, Inspire, Journey
Petaloo Flowers
Xyron Mega Runner
Xyron Tacky Tape
May Arts twine
Next we have this fun and fabulous French Country card and decorative scarecrow combo by Anne! These festive creations are just perfect for adding beauty to your seasonal home decor. They would also make amazing gifts! Anne even created a fun tutorial that you can download to create these fabulous crafts for yourself or someone you love. Just click on the link below to download her step-by-step tutorial. Here Anne explains some of the fabulous details in these pretty craft treasures. Take it away, Anne!
Made this scarecrow and card for Fall home decor Graphic 45 design team project showcasing together with Petaloo flowers and Xyron adhesive. Used the gorgeous vintage French Country collection. Love this paper line! So fun making this card and scarecrow and making some clothes for him. Used 12 x 12 paper for the shirt and 6 x 6 for the pants. All inked up with vintage photo and black soot distress ink.

The card measure 6 x 4. Layered different papers from the 6 x 6 paper pad and Core'dinations 12 x 12 paper pad.
Smiling scarecrow man. Had to use some Petaloo flowers on his hat.
You can put something inside the flower pot. I used seeds bags but a tiny circle mini album also would have been fun.
Decorated the flower pot with Petaloo flowers and May Arts jute ribbon. Used Sizzix grass die and Martha Stewart grass punch. The orange paper is from the core`dinations paper pad. On top I used moss, some leafs, Petaloo flowers and fussy cut out roosters. All inked up with vintage photo and black soot Distress ink.
Supplies:
French Country 12x12 paper pad
French Country 6x6 Patterns & Solids paper pad
Core'dinations Signature Series paper pad
Petaloo Flowers
Xyron Adhesives
Sizzex grass dies
Martha Stewart grass punch

The new Graphic 45 Typography collection is just perfect for Autumn crafts. Just look at this incredible altered printer's tray that Maria made with Typography! The vivid colors look amazing with cheerful Petaloo flowers and fun embellishments. Xyron adhesive tools make crafting a breeze! Follow along with Maria's fun tutorial to create this breathtaking piece of home decor this season. Printers trays are such a joy to make. With Graphic 45, Petaloo and Xyron you can take your holiday crafting to a whole new level! Take it away. Maria!
Typography is such a versatile line. The colors are rich and beautiful, and work wonderfully for this time of the year. I’ve had this printer’s tray sitting for months in my craft room, waiting for the perfect project! Since black is a great base color for Typography, I knew exactly what to do. This project plays on this new paper line’s fascination with type, so to create my phrase in the printer’s tray, I used multiple “typefaces” from Typography and even a chipboard piece from Gina’s Designs. If you have the same tray, you can create a similar piece! For a finishing touch, I applied gold paint and gold powder everywhere to help evoke memories of those beautiful golden fall sunsets.
