Graphic 45 12 Days of Christmas prize contest winner

On chilly days it can be so wonderful to craft with bright and beautiful Graphic 45 collections like Secret Garden. The fresh, vibrant imagery conjures such warm and jubilant thoughts! Here is a marvelous idea by Miranda that features Secret Garden and Mother Goose. These sweet dream catchers would look so elegant in any room of the house. You can also personalize your dream catchers to create the perfect handmade holiday gift! They're so pretty! Here is what Miranda had to say about them.

"As a child my stepmother taught me how to make dream catchers! I just LOVED the idea of them! And after seeing these again recently, I was so inspired to try them again….. 20 years later! But this time with a Graphic 45 twist!!!! These were very fun and therapeutic! Once I created one, I couldn’t stop! I did different themes, all G45 inspired! My 2 personal faves are the one with the mask and the one with the wings :) Those wings were  a labor of love! You can recreate them just printing out a template off the internet and cutting your G45 papers to fit! Time consuming, but so worth it!" -Miranda

Here we have another bright and beautiful craft featuring Secret Garden! This is Nichola's amazing altered box that is overflowing with fresh color and natural elements. It's like a breath of fresh spring air! This amazing creation is perfect for crafters on a budget. It also makes an amazing gift idea! As Nichola explains, all you need are a few simple and inexpensive ingredients to create a one-of-a-kind work of art!

"Whenever I visit the craft shop I always make a stop at the bargain bin to pour over the broken wares. Those beat up and mangled pieces call to me. Damaged, dinged, and discounted they beg me to save them. And I do. I grab them all! And while my husband shakes his head, my mind races with possibilities. This pretty little garden, overflowing with Petaloo flowers, snails and moss, began life as a 37¢ broken box, odd chess piece and little wooden candlestick. A bit of paint to the base materials, add some darling Graphic 45 Secret Garden papers, Petaloo flowers to finish it off… “Ta Da!” a sweet and sentimental treasure created from a forgotten box at the bottom of the bargain bin." -Nichola
