First up in today's wonderful craft inspiration is this gorgeous pocket card by Miranda. This is a perfect example of the versatility of our Mother Goose collection. While it is the perfect collection for children, Mother Goose can also be used for a huge variety of crafts. Here Miranda explains how she was inspired to create this beautiful sympathy card for a friend. Take it away, Miranda.
"This is the first card I have ever created for a somber occasion. When a wonderful co-worker of mine father passed, I wanted to create something special for her! It has a lot of symbolic items on it, that she will understand. I chose the Mother Goose collection, for the Twinkle Little Star pages that reminded her of childhood. Instead of having everyone at work scribble on the inside of the card, I created a pocket with fold out tags for everyone to write their personal message. That way it still looks nice and finished on the inside. I also added a frame with a picture of her father and her inside of it. Hope you like it! Hugs!" -Miranda

Next we have this darling layout by Maria! This is such a precious creation. Layouts are a beautiful way to tell a story while also immortalizing your happy memories. Here Maria takes you on a fun-filled tutorial through the creation of this lovely LO! You'll learn lots of great techniques! Take it away, Maria!
"As a first-time auntie, I am so excited to have a cute new addition to our family! My little nephew is super-special because he’s my parents’ first grandchild! I love this photo of him; the blue in his jumper made me think of Little Boy Blue, so naturally Mother Goose was the perfect paper! Because this layout will ultimately go in his nursery, I kept the embellishments to just paper and whimsical paper flowers and banners from G45. This layout is quite simple to make and can be adjusted to fit your own little one’s unique style and looks!" -Maria

Step 6. Adhere Little Boy Blue image and photo mats per photo. Add a 5” x 7” photo of your choice. (Preferably one involving a cute baby and pacifier!)
Step 7. From your Mother Goose flowers and banners, assemble a big red plaid flower, big blue flower, and small red flower. Then, locate the following Mother Goose banner pieces and chipboard 2 pieces.
