"I altered this cheeseboard and incorporated a photograph, turning it into a lovely little piece of home décor. What’s great about this project is I used just two pieces of 12x12 Graphic 45 Secret Garden patterned paper and some embellishments to create it and you can finish the altered art in under 60 minutes. Great for a quick yet pretty gift. Sound good? Read on for the tutorial." -Susan

1. What you’ll need:

Wooden cheeseboard

Graphic 45 Secret Garden collection – Secret Garden, Beautiful Blooms

Graphic 45 Secret Garden Chipboard 1

Some flowers and leaves

2. Cover your wooden cheeseboard with the Secret Garden patterned paper.

3.  Cut out some flowers from the patterned papers and attach to the cheeseboard as shown. Silhouette cut a photograph and adhere to the bottom of the cheeseboard.

3. Glue a sprig of flowers on to the left of the cheeseboard. Cut out the fence from the patterned paper and adhere using 3D foam dots. Place the photograph so it looks like the subject is standing behind the fence.

4.  Attach more flowers and the Secret Garden chipboard button to the bottom left of the cheeseboard. I tied some twine to the chipboard button. Cut out some birds and butterflies from the patterned papers and adhere to the cheeseboard. Done!

The papers are beautiful and such lovely flowers made x

Oh my god, I´m totally drooling all over my desk here right now. All the projects here today are soo fabulous. Both Secret Garden and Sweet Sentiments are among my clear favorites, and I absolutely love both the carrousel and the Altered Cheese Board here today, and I absolutely LOVE everything I see here from your CHA booths, it´s soooo gorgeous and I really wish we could have been there to see it for real. What about making a contest next year, to give maby 2 or more tickets to get in to actually see everything with your fingers? That would definitely be a prize anybody would go far to get, I´m sure. I know, I would definitely do quite a lot to get that chance some day.

Everything is wonderful! The cheeseboard is an inspired idea xx
