Here is Maria's incredible Sweet Sentiments 8x8 Easel Album. All the gorgeous pastel colors and heartwarming designs of Sweet Sentiments shines on every page of this magnificent album! Each page is loaded with lots of pretty paper layers, fussy cut elements and elegant embellishments. There is so much joy in Maria's elegant creation! Let it inspire you to create your own one-of-a-kind altered Easel Album! Here is what Maria had to say about it!
"Sweet Sentiments is the most beautiful Valentine’s and Easter paper I’ve ever seen! I love all the pretty pastel colors, vintage imagery, and luscious floral designs. If you love fussy cutting like I do, this is the paper for you! And what a better way to capture the charm of these two holidays than to make a precious mini album dedicated to the ones you love. I used an 8” x 8” easel album by Graphic 45 as my base, with plenty of Sweet Sentiments papers. Since my last easel album stood upright, I wanted to do something different with this album, so I removed the binding and placed it on its side. After designing each page of the album, I braided some May Arts ribbon and ran it through each little hole. It was definitely a labor of love but those kinds of projects are always the best ones!" -Maria

Loved both albums, and both were inspiring. I got to thinking about any vintage photos I have of my Grandmothers and sad to say, I don't have many but will make a few layouts with what I have as soon as I can get my hand on the new collections.

I've had the Couture collection for several weeks now and just couldn't bring myself to touch it with scissors. It's so beautiful I just wanted to spend time soaking it all in...as I do with all the collections! After seeing the beauty that comes out of the paper it's time...to order another full collection to hold back so I can start cutting this one. I'm going to do a book for my dearest friend to give to her grand daughter next year when she goes off to college. There will be words of wisdom...lots of journaling places... some Granny best recipes and family photos. At the back there will be photos of her Granny so she.. the grand daughter can write her memories of her Granny when Granny is no long with her. I think the Couture collection is the only collection that will capture her Granny.
