"I love to make my own party treats and favors- but I hate cutting out complicated templates. Especially when you have to make 20 or more. So I created this technique of treat box making that is super easy and just requires only straight cuts. But that is at their simplest- of course you can kick it up a notch and use some Fiskars punches to make them truly unique. These are so easy you can even put your little crafters to work! I created a Snapguide to show you how it’s done!" ~Denise H.

Now, let's see Denise' talent with a sewing machine - she's so multi-talented!
"I was so excited to get some fabric this month to play with! It was just a few remnants but enough to make this cute apron I saw on the PBS show It’s Sew Easy. And it was super easy! I had only one “make it work” moment when I did not have enough width for my ties. No problem, I just used some of the Curtain call fabric I got and made a two sided tie for the back. I think it came out so cool. I never would have thought of that, had I not had to “make it work”, so embrace those times when you don’t have enough of something- you never know how it might turn out!" -Denise H.
Denise even created a great gift box with which to give your handmade treasures!
