Let's Throw a Graphic 45 Party!

Our Amazing G45ers,

Welcome to a party on the blog today! Denise Hahn shares the most wonderful party treats and favors using Sweet Sentiments. Then, we have an extra special share from Denise using our Wimington Prints Fabric! Yes, Graphic 45 has fabric prints as well!

Let's share an amazing project from our Facebook before we jump in, why don't we? The Graphic 45 Facebook page is a great place for beautiful projects, ideas, and a fun way to communicate with fellow designers! We're sharing this beautiful Couture altered art project from Sandra Carey today.

Share on Our Facebook Page Today!

Now, Denise takes us away this Tuesday with a great Sweet Sentiments party favor tutorial and some great idea with Graphic 45 fabric and A Ladies' Diary!

"I love to make my own party treats and favors- but I hate cutting out complicated templates. Especially when you have to make 20 or more. So I created this technique of treat box making that is super easy and just requires only straight cuts. But that is at their simplest- of course you can kick it up a notch and use some Fiskars punches to make them truly unique. These are so easy you can even put your little crafters to work! I created a Snapguide to show you how it’s done!" ~Denise H.

Now, let's see Denise' talent with a sewing machine - she's so multi-talented!

"I was so excited to get some fabric this month to play with! It was just a few remnants but enough to make this cute apron I saw on the PBS show It’s Sew Easy. And it was super easy! I had only one “make it work” moment when I did not have enough width for my ties. No problem, I just used some of the Curtain call fabric I got and made a two sided tie for the back. I think it came out so cool. I never would have thought of that, had I not had to “make it work”, so embrace those times when you don’t have enough of something- you never know how it might turn out!" -Denise H.

Beautiful projects. I loved!

The apron is a real surprise! I didn't know you were in the fabric field too!

I love, love, love the apron!!!! I actually wear aprons and collect vintage ones. I didn't even know you made fabric. I might have to make one for myself. Thank you, Denise, for the inspiration.
