The Captivating Creations of Tati Scrap
Today we get to know a magnificent designer who we are sure many of our G45ers are familiar with - the amazing Tati Scrap from Spain! Tati shared her work with us on our Facebook and Ning sites, and we were captivated from the first time we saw them. She is so talented and her layering and fussy cutting is out of this world. She has such an incredible point of view as a designer, and we are more than honored to have her on our team. Today, we will share three projects from Tati. She will share a beautiful French Country mini album, a stunning altered clock, and a Fashionista masterpiece! We cannot wait to get to know this incredible artist better.
Before we bask in the amazing work of Tati Scrap, we want to say thank you to our G45ers who share on our Facebook page week in and week out. We love seeing your creations and how you make G45 papers come alive! Today, we want to share this stunning An Eerie Tale card from ReNae Crabtree Allen! How beautiful is this? She magnificently shows that though An Eerie Tale is great for those who celebrate Halloween, it is so versatile and can be used for many types of project. It's always fun to "think outside the collection," and ReNae beautifully shows us how!
Let's get to know the talented Tati Scrap!
"Hi!!
My name is Raquel, though I’m known as Tati Scrap in the craft´s world.
The name "Tati" is in memory to my lovest dog Tati....she died in 2013, the year I started to be a crafter, and it is my tribute to her.
I´m 39 years old, I was born in Cádiz City, Spain, where the weather is always warm and sunny!
I am married to an amazing man, Ramon, and we have five dogs!! I'm a nurse of emergencies..love my profession.
When I discovered Graphic 45 collections in June of 2013, it challenges me... they inspired me all and I do not need nothing else that my nurse scissors and many ideas in my mind.
I am honoured to have been a part of the awesome Graphic 45 Design Team this year... a dream made reality!!
I love papercrafting, a world of creativity that I adore with Graphic 45 papers!!"
One thing that you will notice with Tati's projects, they are so wonderfully complex! Love this beautiful mini album and the gorgeous fussy cut sunflowers. Amazing creation!
"I made this with the first collection of Graphic 45 that I had in my hands, love these papers.
I wanted to do something special with it and I thought to create a recipe book, had so fun making this for my kitchen.”
Such beautiful pages in this recipe book - what a gorgeous idea.

Tati made this with just two pieces of the Fashionista papers. Wow! Love this stunning altered box.
"I altered this wood box with Fashionista, is one of wonderful retired collections. I only had two papers of this collection but they were sufficient to realise this project. The box takes lights like 'Moulin Rouge' to Paris...Love Paris...and love these papers.”
The inside is just as beautiful as the cover!

Very beautiful. I have a stack of Fashionista that I'm hoarding. I just can't get myself to use that one or the Botanicabella one. I'm just worried that once I use them up I'll have an idea for another project that will just not work without them. Wish they would do a stack of G45-favorite retired so that I could just not stress about using these gorgeous papers. Okay so I'm not just hoarding those two but many more....it is an illness. lol
