Graphic 45 Gift Bag and Card Tutorials: Day 4!
It's Day Four of the #G45GiftHowTos fun! We have had the best time and have been sharing these tutorials for handmade gifts. How about you, G45ers? Enjoy two great tutorials from Lori Williams and Annette Green using 'Twas the Night Before Christmas and Baby 2 Bride! It's another day of amazing ideas.
First, we have this beautiful 'Twas the Night Before Christmas pillow box gift box by Lori made from our 8x8 Paper Pad templates that are now on the inside cover!
"Pillow boxes are fun and are great for giving small little trinket gifts. I thought it would be fun to alter a pillow box into a mini gift bag and it’s super easy to do. Be sure to watch my Snapguide tutorial to learn how to make your own using a template from the Graphic 45 8 x8 paper pads.
I created a matching card to go with the gift bag. I’m one of those people that would like to think friends and family keep the cards I make, but you can never be too sure. I think making the cards into easel cards makes them more of a miniature work of art and someone is much more likely to display it and keep it out verses the dreaded trash can...lol. So I make a lot of easel cards.
The mini bag and easel card really make an adorable pairing and one that I’m sure you’ll want to try out in your favorite Graphic 45 paper collection." ~Lori

"Good things come in small packages, right? After being invited to a bridal shower recently I was in need of a small gift holder for my neighbor Jennifer who used to be our daughter’s babysitter many years ago. I knew Baby 2 Bride would be the perfect paper, so I created a custom tag and matching gift bag using this wonderful Deluxe Collector’s Edition. I had such fun making different styles of bags, it was hard to stop. I hope you enjoy the tutorial and give it a try yourself." ~Annette
