Keri Sallee makes a stunning project with Artisan Style below. Take it away, Keri!
"When I unboxed the “Artisan Style” collection, I was immediately in love with the Art Deco images. It made me think of The Great Gatsby and parties and flappers.
I had been saving my “Cathedral” style shapes from 7Gypsies for the perfect project and I knew this was it. To me, using pictures from my wedding connected the canthedral/church idea to the passionate Art Deco Era that the patterns evoked.
Each piece is covered with “Artisan Style” collection and connected by a strip of coordinating paper across the back.
To make my flower bouquet, I cut flowers from each paper style using my Sizzix die “Tattered Florals” by Tim Holtz. Using my foam 3-D flower technique (you can check out my You Tube video for this and more ideas!), I made them all 3-D, collaged them together and added G45 stamped brads." ~Keri
