Always have some papertowels around when stamping. In that way you're prepared for "inky" fingers or excess on the block backing the stamp.

Love this paper. Have made several small scrapbooks from it. Would enjoy making more!!!

My tip is keep a couple of microfiber cloths for stamping. I have 2 that I wipe up ink, spills, and everything else. I just throw them in the washer when I run a load of cleaning towels.

I have a project in mind already for Raining Cats and Dogs. :)

Sometimes you get inspiration for a project from the most unlikely places so I keep small paper pads around the house where I jot down these ideas or I make a small sketch so I don't forget.

As a beginner, my crafting tip would be - watch every crafting video you can find on you tube. There are tons of talented people who post hints and tips and you can learn something from every one. Watch how talented artists use their tools, watch how they combine colors, watch the process for making magic happen. It's amazing what you can learn.

Graphic 45 is my favorite paper! Sadly, I always have to buy 3 packs of each paper: 1 to use and 2 to hoard!

Happy craft month!

When I don't have a specific project in mind, I'll often just start cutting and pasting to get my creative juices flowing. Even if the act of playing with paper doesn't lead to a finished project, it often provides me with something nice to use at a later date when I need a quick card. And it's fun!

Thanks for the tips! Keep calm and keep on crafting!

My tip: don't be afraid to cut a "pretty" piece of paper. You will not ruin it! Crafting is about exploring ideas and having fun...what fun is a piece of pretty paper that is stored away for no one to use?

Thank you for all for tips!! Love the storage ideas.
Posted by: Charlene Norbut | March 02, 2015 at 08:44 AM
I'm looking forward to more ideas. I'm just learning to make mini books as a way of saving my graphic 45 collections. Far far better than just leaving them in the drawer to look at occasionally

Hello!
I loved the videos! Thank you for sharing! Fussy cutting is my all time favorite thing to do and as my work space is very small I have to be very organized and orderly. So, all the videos were fun to watch! Wishing you a happy day!
Hugs,
Barbara Diane

Очень нравятся Ваши коллекции. С нетерпением ожидаю новые.

Great tips!! My favorite tip is to take care of stuff as you finish with it that way everything is put away by the time you are finished your project!
Keep a basket, bin or tote filled with your must have tools and keep it close at hand. That way you are always ready to get started.

My tip#1 is: Always ask yourself, "What if I tried.....(to do something new, to do it differently, to use something lying around the house). Keep adding little skills here and there. YouTube is a great place to learn.
