An Interview with Solange Marques
1. Why do you craft?
Because I love it and I need create as I need breath. It’s is a big passion in my life.
2. What do you feel is your crafting forte?
First, layouts, I love make them and I love use a lot of mediums to this. After,altered art.
3. What inspires and motivates you to be creative?
My Love for arts, paints, colors, textures always inspire me. I look for inspiration on the nature, films, whatever that I see.
4. What do you do with your projects once they're complete?
Very times I give them as a gift for my friends and other times I diplay them on my atelier. Very times I give my projects as a gift for my friends and family and other times I display them on my office.
5. What is the funniest craft disaster you've ever had?
I left a layout on my desk to finish it later and my granddaughter took my brushes and paints and painted on the pictures. I took fright when I saw and had to redo it.
Oh no! I hope it could get fixed. How funny - she just took some "artistic license"! Thanks for talking with us, Solange!

What an art project! Wa-a-ay too much for me, but I do appreciate the work this artist put into this project. Loved the cluster combination of fussy cut images, netting and real shells. LOVED the use of your credit card!
