Altered Blocks and Letters with Graphic 45

Artisan_Style_Altered_Blocks_Rhea_Freitag_4_of_7

We have two amazing altered artists sharing the art they do best and they're so much fun! Rhea Freitag has some altered blocks using Artisan Style you are sure to love. And Miranda Edney continues to be an altered artist star and shares incredible An ABC Primer altered letters. You're in for a treat today, G45ers!

First, enjoy these awesome Artisan Style altered blocks by Rhea. We love Rhea's distressed, brilliant style, and these blocks show this off perfectly!

"This project was inspired by the black wooden blocks I discovered at an outlet store in my area.  When I saw them I immediately knew they were destined to be covered with the new Artisan Style paper from Graphic 45.  I kept this project simple to highlight the beauty of the paper and let the lion head Door Knockers stand out.  In order to create an aged look I sanded all the edges of the paper with a Dremel tool.  I just love breaking out the heavy duty tools in the name of crafting!" ~Rhea

I have been eyeing the Artisan collection since its introduction. I would love to make a mini album with this collection. I am saving up to get it and hoping my LSS doesn't run out of it before I can buy it. Its a beautiful collection.

Love the art nouveau feel.

A very artsy collection that I would use to create cards and tags.

This was my favorite line of the last release since I love everything Arts & Crafts as well as peacocks. I've yet to get my hands on this paper since LSS hasn't gotten its order yet, but I'm really looking forward to it. I'd make a set of cards for my office mate at work who loves this style.

I'd make some desk top storage and a stationery box with the Artisan Style Collection!

I have plain white letters spelling home this has given me inspiration to G45 them up!

I would like to cover small boxes with this Graphic 45 paper. Thanks for the inspiration!

I've never made anything in 3=D before. If I win, I'd love to create 3-D initials of my grandnephew and grandnieces.

I think they'd love them and their parents would, too!

Thanks for the opportunity to wine!

If I win, I'd also like to try to make a stationery box to keep on my desk. This could hold receipts, a pen and pencil. My receipts need organizing and this would be a nice place to keep them until I could cross reference them with my monthly statements.

I have an online friend. We've been friends for almost 20 years. When she retired, she drove from Texas to Ohio to see me.

She's recently been diagnosed with breast cancer. I would love to make note cards for her. I'd also make some cards to see notes of hope to her.

I have a friend, a dear, dear friend, whose daughter is struggling with alcohol. I would love to make her daughter a set of special cards and envelopes using this beautiful paper. Her daughter needs cheering up and I think this beautiful paper would be very helpful.

Thanks for the opportunity to win.
