The blog hop fun continues. Remember, the link to Faber-Castell's blog is at the end of this blog, so make sure to hop along!
First, Joanne shares one of her incredible layouts using Faber-Castell and Raining Cats & Dogs!
"I have had this photo of the kids with our precious little Angel yes that is our little dogs name, for years and have always turned away from scrapping it as it wasn’t the best photo. The photo really suited the papers from the Raining Cats and Dogs Collection so I couldn’t resist scrapping it." ~Joanne

What a gorgeous canvas by Ginny who got to try her hand at something new for this blog hop - and what a stunning result!
"This was such a fun challenge for me. I’ve never used Gelatos before. It took a little getting used to...but once I did I used it on everything even the flowers and metal embellishments. The whipped Spackle was my favorite part..thankfully I had some stencils in my stash so I was able to add loads of background texture and interest as a base for the fussy cut paper images. I think this little plaque is just dreamy with it’s soft muted colors and sweet children images. I’ll be using Gelatos on everything now..thanks for the inspiration to try something new!!! " ~Ginny

What an absolutely fun creation by Katie below. She uses Gilded Lily perfectly with Marie Antoinette's most famous quote! Read all below:
"'Qu'ils mangent de la brioche' - a traditional French translation of 'Let them eat cake' is a common attribution to Queen Marie Antoinette. While it’s not on record that this phrase was ever said by her, it has indeed become very popular for modern art as well as for tea parties. As random as I could be, this phrase hit a nerve of mine and decided to do up a wall display decor for this.
I created a creme de la creme texture background by using a mixture of the gelatos and whipped spackle. To give a subtle shimmering distress look, several shades of gold gelatos were applied around the edges and throughout the surfaces of the papers." ~Katie

Don't know if it was intentional - I didn't see anything in the narrative - but the first layout has made a fish with the flowers.
All of the layouts are beautiful.
