Handmade Holiday Ideas with Graphic 45
It's never too early to start on holiday gifts and projects. We recently released our most current holiday collection A Christmas Carol and our designers are creating such beauties with this collection. Today, Danielle Copley and Gloria Stengel share brilliant ideas using this new collection!
Danielle has an awesome altered project below using our Book Box Staples and A Christmas Carol. You'll love her video tour below!
"I love all of Graphic 45’s Christmas collections and this one is no exception! I wanted to make a fun home décor project to display and enjoy throughout the holiday season. I wanted something dimensional, but being practical I thought about how I would store it for the other 11 months out of the year. The idea came upon me when I spied one of my kids pop-up books- to create a 3D scene inside a shadow box that, once opened, images would pop-up and out and then tuck back in and look like a book when it was timed to get stored, so I grabbed a Graphic 45 Book Box and the Christmas Carol papers and started fussy cutting my favorite images and gluing them down. Other than the ribbon and metal, all the decorations are from the paper! That’s the beauty of Graphic 45- the paper alone can make the most gorgeous and fun creations!" ~Danielle

"Each July I wait with bated breath to see the new Graphic 45 Christmas Collection. They did not disappoint this year with the Christmas Carol Collection, inspired by Charles Dickens' story! The vintage images come alive in the colors of vivid cranberry, forest green, and peacock blue. This collection is such a joy that I could make Christmas cards all year...if I had enough paper!" ~Gloria
