A G45 Christmas in October!
It is about the time of year where we really start planning out our handmade gifts. Many of our G45ers have already started (and completed!) many of their DIY holiday gifts. We are in awe of you! We also have more great ideas for your. Tati Scrap and Robin Shakoor share two brilliant ideas using A Christmas Carol. What a great day of fun!
First, this is a great idea from Tati Scrap! Holiday weeks get so busy - so make sure to keep track or everything with a great December Daily! Another idea is to use it as a photo and memory journal to remember those special days. Amazing!
"This is my idea for a December Dreams... A Christmas Daily.
A way to capture the essentials of December days...using the magical “ A Christmas Carol” collection.
Keep your days organized with this !!!" ~Tati Scrap
Supply List
Christmas Carol 8x8 Pad
Christmas Carol 6x6 Patterns & Solids
Christmas Carol Journaling Chipboard
Christmas Carol Ephemera Cards
Time to Flourish Alphabet Sticker
Petaloo Flowers
Chipboard
Now, how about this luscious layout from Robin using A Christmas Carol! We love this gorgeous page.
"A Christmas Carol … that is exactly what I think of when I look at the beautiful patterned papers in this holiday collection.
I added a chipboard flourish and title which I embossed using gold embossing powder. This matches wonderfully to the gold accents in the patterned paper. I added a large chipboard circle from the Journaling Chipboard sheet and added a die cut from the Tags and Pockets sheet along with a bow. To finish my design, I added teal flowers which were kissed with white gesso to give the appearance of snow." ~Robin
