Love-Filled Cards with G45!
Such an easy way to share love is with cards. Today, we have two amazing Mon Amour ideas from Robin Shakoor and Gloria Stengel and it will start off your week with stars in your eyes! We adore beautiful cards!
First, Robin has a great idea of how to make a unique card without all the hassle. What a stunning idea!
"Have you ever wanted to create a card with a fun and different shape without the hassle of measuring, scoring or cutting a card base? A pre-made card base is your answer. I used the gorgeous Mon Amour collection to create a one of a kind card with a twist.
The card base features three die cut scalloped squares which allows you to add your own special touch. I used a medium and small square scallop punch to create the shapes that would cover the dies cuts of the card base. I then added square chipboard pieces from the Journaling Chipboard sheet to place in the center of each scalloped square.
I covered the rest of the base of the card using “Forever Mine” patterned paper and a tag from the Tags and Pockets sheet.
To finish my card I added a single ivory bow to the bottom of the tag.
Tip: Using ready made card bases is a quick and easy way to make beautiful cards while saving time." ~Robin

We are in love with Gloria Stengel's cards! Aren't you? Each one is so beautiful, and this knockout using Mon Amour is no different! Amazing!
"I was a huge fan of Le Romantique, a collection that Graphic 45 released a number of years ago. Imagine my joy upon seeing the NEW Mon Amour collection! The Mon Amour collection is a stunning blend of pink, red, ivory, and black. The eye-catching colors and vintage images are swoon worthy! I created this card to commemorate my 28th wedding anniversary, coming up in September. The card is a bit "girly" to give to my husband, but it will look lovely sitting on my desk to remind me of the past 28 years with my one true love. I tucked some of the Graphic 45 Shabby Chic Metal Staples into my flower cluster, along with the "28" bingo number to add some texture to the card." ~Gloria
