A Splendid Sunday for Communique!
We love when we get to sneak special Sunday shares to you, our G45ers! We have some incredible projects with Communique today from Ginny Nemchak and Belly Lau. We hope we brighten your weekend with some awesome ideas (and tutorials too!)
First, Ginny has the best idea from a take-out container - how cool is this? You can try her tutorial below!
"I created a beautiful and practical new life for a take out dinner carton. Covered with gorgeous patterned papers from Communique and filled with very dimensional tags this box with tags will serve as an unconventional scrapbook. Add pics and journaling to the tags and display in a vintagy decor and enjoy watching family and friends interacting with the tags and sharing memories. I chose chipboard and embellishments that would work perfectly with the communique theme like giant clips, typewriter and frame and photo reel chippies. The patterns are busy….but keeping a similar layout for each tag and solid black borders all the patterns make sense and are not overwhelming."~Ginny

"Starting 2016, I would like to have all my photos arranged and scrapbooked, to keep this in mind, I worked out this mixed media covered chipboard album which includes dozens of photos inside.
Tip: Album in album is a super great method to include more photos inside an album, just try and you’ll love it." ~Belly

What a bonus - a Sunday blog with two wonderful creations. Belly's album was so inventive, creative, and pretty. I love all the many places for photos and such a compact looking album. Wonderful.
And Ginny - now I have to go get some Chinese take out for the box. What a clever idea. Very beautiful. Thanks for the idea.
