You will love each and every project she has to share. Let's let Katelyn take it away!

Katelyn Grosart - Head Shot

"Hi Everyone! I’m Katelyn Grosart and I’m beyond excited to be apart of the Graphic 45 team! I live in beautiful Calgary, Alberta, Canada with my boyfriend of 6 years.

I’ve spent the last 7 years in the papercrafting world, working in a scrapbook store as well as teaching a variety of classes.  You’ll find me most of the time in my scrapbook room designing various cards, mixed media pages, scrapbook layouts, mini albums and altered items.

In my spare time I love to read a good book while drinking a green tea latte from Starbucks. When I’m not reading, I love to spend time with friends or watch a good movie. When the weather is nice, you’ll often find me outside taking advantage of the beautiful Canadian weather."

"Children’s Hour is one of favourite paper collections and I wanted to some how incorporate it into a layout about myself. By mixing a variety of the patterned papers and using one cut apart sheet I was able to create a beautiful layout. Tip: Adding ribbon bows and keys to the holes on the tags adds an extra layer to them as well as draws your eye to the tags.

Welcome Katelyn. Those fussy cut poppies on the tray just pop and make everything perfect. Love the layering. The media box is so pretty and the inside cards just finish it off. I love all your fussy cutting - those poppies (again) on the tray and layout just caught my eye and are so beautiful.

Katelyn, I love the idea of using the gorgeous Voyage Bemeath The Sea to decorate the inserts/photo mats. The best of both worlds. Using the gorgeous paper to showcase its elements and then putting a photo on the other side! Brilliant!
