Plan Your Special Days with Graphic 45!
The holiday season is full of events, appointments, celebrations, and more! Keep it all organized with these amazing ideas from Clare Charvill and Kathy Clement! You are in for a treat with these projects today! First, Clare shares a great organizer box to keep notes and goodies in for the holiday season with two amazing notebooks/albums inside! Great to keep a planner or special memories through the season!
Kathy now wows us with a Special Event calendar for the New Year! What a gorgeous, functional idea for years to come!
"This is the time of year when we are all thinking of getting our homes and our lives organized in preparation for the New Year. While I was reorganizing my G45 papers, I found myself wanting to use up all the beautiful “bits and pieces” that had accumulated over time. What if I could use them to make a whole year’s worth of cards?
Suddenly, I was struck with the idea to create this Birthdays, Holidays & Special Days planner so that I would always have a handmade card ready for any occasion in the coming year. I designed the album with 24 pocket pages: two for each month. One pocket will hold lists of birthdays, anniversaries and other special events along with important addresses. The other pocket holds the cards. I’m hoping that with this planner by my side, I’ll never be late with my good wishes again. As an added bonus, I used up loads of lovely scraps and now I have room for more papers!" ~Kathy
Tip: Use washi tape for borders and to help strengthen the spine.
Tip: Use up “leftover” plain cardstock to create card bases and to mat images.
Tip: Keep cards simple and use a similar design to speed up production.

Beautiful! and so timely. I started doing a similar project although not as ambitious (I skipped the cards!) using Time to Flourish and some calendar pages to keep track of birthdays, anniversaries etc. Your album is amazing! I'm getting so many ideas and will continue mine once all 90 Christmas cards are mailed out.

I really, really want to move into your warehouse and have your papers to play with ... and maybe one of you - or several could come by and I would willingly absorb all the instruction possible ... Thanks Santa - only thing on my list!!!
