Cheers to an All-Star Blog Starring a Double Page Layout & an Upcycled Glass
Hello, G45ers!
At Graphic 45, we know that today's little moments become tomorrow's precious memories, and in honor of that sentiment, we have two lovely projects to share with you. First, Joanne Bain will have you seeing stars with a radiant double page layout fit for the celebrities in your life, featuring the vivacious Vintage Hollywood. After that, Nico Scrap will give you butterflies with an upcycled glass project featuring the breathtaking Botanicabella, that includes an artful antique finish to really complete that vintage aesthetic. It would make a lovely vase for those flowers you have been meaning to get for that special someone. Inspiration awaits below!
Vintage Hollywood Double Page Layout
By Joanne Bain
‘This was such a challenge for me as I don’t create double page layouts at all. I decided to stay with my white space style and add some lovely layers of fussy cut images from the gorgeous Vintage Hollywood collection. I just loved the printed stars in this collection and they were perfect to create my unisex page of my kids.’ ~Joanne Bain

Such wonderful goodies. I wish that I had better access to these papers. I love them so. I have been making memory books for each of my grandchildren and my two daughters. It's the only legacy that I can leave them. I wish more of the stores had it. Joann.com had it for a while, but it has slowly dwindled down to nothing really. Makes me so sad. Where do you find your graphic 45 at a reasonable price?

Both of these projects are so dramatic, but each in their own way! I do a lot of two-page spreads but I never place the focus in the middle - it's so striking!
