"In my childhood I wished to be in the magic to shop. I believed that existed the world where toys could talk and move. That’s why I looked on the shop windows very carefully. Now I like tiny toy shops. So, I decided to make one on my own. It’ is made of. From the outside it looks like a shop. Inside there are toys and different things on the door from one side. On the other side there is our family photograph and musical mechanism. I love musical toys very much. Let the magic be with us forever. You should believe in miracle. " ~Lena

We have shiny, shimmery, and splendid projects today from Olga Heldwein and Nico Scrap! We love the unique colors they used to make stunning holiday projects. You will definitely leave inspired today! First, let's see 3 cards from Olga using non-holiday collections and stunning color schemes:
"I'm not a huge cardmaker but on the other hand I would like to send some cards to my closest friends. So I made series of fast to make cards. Based on few pieces of paper some branches and few chipboards. I made two traditional ones from St. Nicholas collection and two from Cafe Parisian - this proves that any papers can be use for Christmas projects if they have proper glittery companion :)" ~Olga
Tip for this month – you cannot have to much glitter on Christmas projects so don't hold yourself. Try to sprinkle glitter on wet paint, gesso or ink and enjoy all that sparkle :)
Now, Nico Scrap creates an angelic project using Steampunk Debutante. We love how both Olga and Nico Scrap thought outside the holiday collection for these amazing winter projects!
"Every children is an angel, and we know that because of their smiles. And they have wings and pure heart! I have imagined this little boy during christmas time, having fun in a enchanted frosty forest! Evrything sparkles with a touch of aqua and gold frosty embellishments! I have made a special canvas that can be used as a Christmas Home decor! " ~Nico Scrap

"I’m really excited to be sharing my 2016 Christmas Album with you today. As a G45er you’ll know how much detail Diane and her team pack into the stunning paper collections Graphic 45 release for us to be creative. With beautiful papers, coordinating cut outs and embellishments, we’re always spoilt for choice when it comes to making our projects. The papers always work their magic and allow us to create beautiful projects. The St Nicholas collection is packed full of fabulously traditional papers and imagery for your seasonal craft making.
Having browsed through the 12 x 12 St Nicholas pad I started creating the page designs by taking out one sheet of each paper and moving them about together to get a flow of colours I was happy with, and then matched in cut-aparts, borders and patterns and solids to create the final mix for each page. St Nick sets the scene on my album cover. He was the just the perfect size for my album. The album has a box cover, four double sided interactive pages, large pull out mats and a photo book at the back, creating oodles of space to add your festive photos and create a beautiful Christmas keepsake. There’s a PDF Tutorial to go with the album available from my website and full video of the album via the link below:
Now, enjoy this wonderful card from Nico Scrap! We love the vintage photo!
"The perfect present start with the best card, and so i decided to make a special card for a special friend using my favourite christmas collection “Saint Nicholas”. Of course the papers match perfectly with these Petaloo flowers and a vintage christmas image. Have you started making your Christmas cards?" ~Nico Scrap
